Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specific Claims Assistant II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process life/disability claims and track turn-around time with third-party administrators and carriers
  • Ensure necessary forms are provided to auditors and maintain document management for claims
  • Manage incoming mail and prepare files for off-site storage as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED
  • Basic knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures related to claims processing
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate tact and diplomacy
