At Covert Revenue, we’re a high-impact Revenue Operations consulting firm. We partner with early-stage startups to help them define, implement, and scale their go-to-market strategies. The Role
We’re looking for a hungry, self-motivated SDR to generate pipeline by hitting the phones with precision and volume. This is a commission-only position to start, with a clear path to full-time after 6 months:
• Initial phase: High-ticket, commission-only (paid per meeting booked and converted).
• After 6 months: Base salary of $50k/year, with On-Target Earnings of $80k/year.
What You’ll Be Doing
• You set your own hours. Prospect as much as you can between 10AM – 6PM EST (flexible within that window).
• Book qualified meetings with early-stage SaaS founders, revenue leaders, and decision-makers.
• Use curated lead lists (already prepared and vetted).
• Log calls and follow-ups in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with the team over Slack and keep feedback loops tight.

• HubSpot CRM
• Clay for enriched lead data and workflows
• Slack for team communication
Who You Are
• A current or former SDR, cold-caller, or sales hustler looking for high upside.
• You love getting on the phone and don’t shy away from rejection.
• You’re comfortable working independently and managing your own lead pipeline.
• You want to generate additional cash flow with a real path to long-term upside ($3k+ per month upside for part-time sales work)
• Located in the U.S. (required for time zone and call compliance).
