Key Responsibilities
- Provides telephone, email, and web submission support for customer-facing portals
- Documents inquiries and records incident details in the call ticketing system
- Resolves issues using documented solutions and escalates as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
- Experience with troubleshooting and technical support preferred
- Ability to work from home with a high-speed internet connection
- Participation in the creation or update of documentation is expected
