Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team, executives, and clients with interview scheduling using a personalized approach
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate logistics for interviews and events
- Document and maintain records in the applicant tracking system while ensuring effective communication with candidates and clients
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience, preferably in recruiting
- Experience with administrative office tools and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work in a process-heavy environment with accuracy and professionalism
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experience managing multiple calendars and workloads in a fast-paced environment
