Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate logistics for interviews and events
  • Document and maintain records in the applicant tracking system while ensuring effective communication with candidates and clients
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of project management, administrative, or scheduling experience, preferably in recruiting
  • Experience with administrative office tools and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to work in a process-heavy environment with accuracy and professionalism
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Experience managing multiple calendars and workloads in a fast-paced environment
