A company is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst specializing in Workday.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, documentation, and translation of business needs into technical requirements, followed by configuration and testing
- Serve as a thought partner for customer groups, advising on business requirements and data presentation
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Payroll, and HR to maintain consistent methodologies and governance models
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Workday configuration experience required
- Intermediate level experience with Excel required
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Experience in developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and other systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
