Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and guide them through the booking process
• Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer needs and provide tailored accommodation recommendations
• Track and update leads in the CRM, ensuring timely and proactive follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or call-based sales
• Fluent, native-level English communication skills; additional languages are a strong plus
• Experience with sales tools and CRMs; familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus
• A coachable mindset with a drive for professional growth
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage conversations and leads
