Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound communications via phone and email with existing customers and channel partners
- Recommend business solutions based on customer needs and company interests
- Drive improvements in Lifecycle Management processes and maintain documentation for Installed Base growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level opportunity with a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
- Motivated with a passion for sales
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion
- Sales experience within the technology industry is a plus
