A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication and process data according to standards
- Enter, review, and verify member information in the Care Transitions platform
- Assist in coordinating member care between health providers and the health plan
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in data entry
- 1+ years of experience with computers in an office environment
- Ability to work any assigned 10-hour shift during specified hours
