Job Summary

A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication and process data according to standards
  • Enter, review, and verify member information in the Care Transitions platform
  • Assist in coordinating member care between health providers and the health plan
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry
  • 1+ years of experience with computers in an office environment
  • Ability to work any assigned 10-hour shift during specified hours
