A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join their Specialty Pharmacy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer new referral intake and refill calls promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the computer system
- Assist in co-pay collections and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality service
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
- Previous pharmacy and patient service experience, preferably in retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software systems
- Strong customer service experience
