- Provide guidance on HR programs and facilitate smooth transitions during change initiatives
- Collaborate with other People Partners to ensure cohesive execution of HR processes and programs
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of total HR or related experience
- Experience in performance management, talent development, compensation, and program development
- Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders across all levels
- Experience in making data-driven decisions to initiate change
- Demonstrated ability to be detailed and discreet
