Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high-quality client experience over text (chat)
- Assist with online appointment scheduling and respond to administrative queries
- Detail CareClub plans to non-members and manage multiple chats simultaneously
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 3+ years of veterinary experience, including experience as a veterinary assistant
- Highly proficient in using technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Chrome
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; multilingual (Spanish) is a plus
- Availability to work 30-40 hours/week from home, including weekends and holidays
