Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite enrollment applications for Medicare Supplement insurance by assessing medical information
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to gather medical history and additional information from members
• Work flexible 8-hour shifts between 8am-7pm CST, with potential overtime during peak periods

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Experience in the health insurance industry
• Proficient in reading and discussing medical records
• General knowledge of chronic medical conditions
• Dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection
