A company is looking for a Sales Administrator to support the sales team by streamlining operations and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM records to reflect real-time pipeline status and sales activities
- Build and manage HubSpot sequences for prospecting to enhance outreach efficiency
- Assist with proposal creation and document management to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role (preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot
- Hands-on experience with productivity tools, including G Suite and Slack
- Familiarity with project/task management platforms, such as Asana and/or Monday.com
- Working knowledge of document management tools, especially PandaDoc or similar platforms
