Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Assistant to support mortgage loan officers in increasing loan production levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing mortgage loan applications and documentation
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and facilitate timely loan closings
• Provide clerical support and track outstanding items on loan files

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage-related experience
• Previous sales support experience preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
