A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to farmers to identify how FBN's offerings can benefit their operations
- Execute prospecting activities to qualify farmers for various commercial products and manage the sales process
- Independently prioritize daily sales tasks and develop a personal sales playbook for overcoming objections
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of equivalent experience
- Passionate about agriculture and a commitment to putting the farmer first
- Proven ability to excel in a self-guided work environment
- Comfortable using and explaining technology products/services
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
