Sales Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Support revenue generation and customer service efforts for stations/regions
• Execute broadcast and digital order entry and perform order maintenance throughout campaigns
• Coordinate with agency and station account managers to resolve billing discrepancies

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales support or sales operations
• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with broadcast traffic and sales order systems is a plus
