Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales team to create a prospect pipeline for the crypto native client segment
- Develop reporting metrics to enhance transparency in prospect conversion and revenue generation
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM tools
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or crypto
- A proactive approach with a focus on outbound outreach and client engagement
- Ability to qualify leads against nuanced sales criteria
- Highly organized and process-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for crypto and digital assets, with familiarity in custody, staking, and institutional trading being a plus
