Remote Outreach Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Outreach Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to members to introduce programs and invite participation
• Capture and maintain accurate member information in CRM systems
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment and call-quality goals

Required Qualifications

• Outbound call center experience required; healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Must be able to work from 2:30 pm to 11 pm Monday-Friday
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
