Job Summary
A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
- Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
- Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing tasks and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred
- Certifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and URAC-recognized case management certification required
- Skills: Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to work independently
- Internet: Must have reliable internet access
