Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
  • Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
  • Manage a caseload independently, prioritizing tasks and preparing status updates for clients
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical practice; workers' compensation experience preferred
  • Certifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license and URAC-recognized case management certification required
  • Skills: Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to work independently
  • Internet: Must have reliable internet access
