Key Responsibilities
- Provide informed and accurate communications to guests about products and services via telephone
- Maintain quality performance on incoming calls, aiming to answer at least 85-90 calls per day
- Collaborate with managers to achieve monthly departmental goals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year call center experience and/or an associate's degree/college degree desired
- Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls efficiently
- Dependable, flexible, and self-motivated team-oriented individual
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Bilingual skills are desired
