Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Sales / Director North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed US revenue targets
- Identify key growth sectors within the US ecommerce market and tailor outreach accordingly
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of closing deals with upper mid-market and enterprise clients
- Deep understanding of the US ecommerce and/or customer support ecosystem
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
