Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account & Client Consultant - Retirement Plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of defined contribution retirement plans, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
- Act as a liaison between clients, TPAs, and financial professionals while resolving complex issues
- Lead client meetings and mentor new account managers to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in retirement plans and customer service required
- Retirement Plan Fundamental (RPF) Certificate required (can be obtained after entering the role)
- QKA and FSRI designations desired (can be obtained after entering the role)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems required
