Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Account & Client Consultant - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of defined contribution retirement plans, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a liaison between clients, TPAs, and financial professionals while resolving complex issues
  • Lead client meetings and mentor new account managers to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, or related field required
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in retirement plans and customer service required
  • Retirement Plan Fundamental (RPF) Certificate required (can be obtained after entering the role)
  • QKA and FSRI designations desired (can be obtained after entering the role)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems required
