Revenue Capture Specialist Certification Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Capture Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Revenue Integrity division by identifying and communicating revenue improvement opportunities
• Perform charge capture audits and resolve billing and charging issues
• Provide education to clinical and billing staff and act as a subject matter expert on revenue integrity projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-8 years of hospital industry experience, preferably in charge description master maintenance, revenue cycle, coding, and billing
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field preferred
• Licensure or certification such as CCA, CCS, COC, or equivalent required within 3 years of hire
• Epic certification(s) preferred
