Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of training programs for new hires and existing team members
- Curate and maintain centralized content repositories for sales and customer success teams
- Document workflows and process changes while tracking the impact of enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- 2-4+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related role
- Experience with Google Workspace and design tools is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms like Salesforce and Outreach
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field
- Strong project management and organizational skills
