Key Responsibilities
- Support enterprise operators during pre-sales and onboarding, delivering technical presentations and demos
- Oversee product integration into client systems and develop node operator tooling for distributed validators
- Provide technical support and manage escalations while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Experience in blockchain technologies, particularly Ethereum and Solidity smart contracts
- Proficiency in modern DevOps tools and methodologies such as Kubernetes, Terraform, and Docker
- Proven background in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical customer success roles
- Strong understanding of integration architecture patterns and API design
- Preferred time zone: GMT-5 to GMT+3
