Key Responsibilities
- Own and evaluate workflows related to sales, account management, and customer success
- Manage ad-hoc data analysis to support the revenue strategy
- Establish and track key performance metrics for the revenue organization
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity or 5+ years in Revenue Operations or related GTM strategy role
- MBA or STEM-related advanced degree preferred; business or STEM undergraduate degree required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with analytics tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience in designing and implementing processes for large enterprises or high-growth startups
- Strong executive presence and communication skills to present to all organizational levels
