Key Responsibilities
- Own sales forecasting and pipeline analytics, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Design, implement, and optimize go-to-market processes in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Manage and optimize CRM architecture and oversee sales technology stack administration
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related GTM operations role in high-growth SaaS companies
- Proven experience in CRM architecture and administration, with Salesforce Admin certification preferred
- Strong background in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and territory modeling
- Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Gong and Outreach, and proficiency in reporting platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
