Key Responsibilities
- Track and calculate sales commissions and manage end-to-end commission processing
- Administer compensation management systems and generate sales performance analytics
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to design and monitor sales incentive programs
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or business operations
- Experience with compensation management systems, preferably CIQ
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce reporting and administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with financial systems and ERP platforms
