Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to manage and optimize sales compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and calculate sales commissions and manage end-to-end commission processing
  • Administer compensation management systems and generate sales performance analytics
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to design and monitor sales incentive programs
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales compensation, finance, or business operations
  • Experience with compensation management systems, preferably CIQ
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce reporting and administration
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis capabilities
  • Familiarity with financial systems and ERP platforms
