Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating B2B transactions, including processing customer agreements and renewals
- Generate reports to support B2B sales, including performance metrics and contract exceptions
- Support pre and post-sales activities, including preparing presentations and handling customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 4-9 years applicable work experience, depending on level
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or service industry environment preferred
- Intermediate to proficient in MS-Excel and Word
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong service orientation
