Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of professional experience in sales management, specifically with an SDR team of 8 or more
  • Proven track record in recruiting, retaining, and developing sales talent
  • Experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets while tracking performance metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-evolving environment
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners
