Key Responsibilities
- Drive $2M-$4M in annual bookings through new logo wins and upsells
- Transform pilots into multi-work stream programs to increase ACV and multi-year commitments
- Position the company as a leader in AI safety through consultative selling and thought leadership outreach
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in technology services or AI/ML solutions
- Proven track record of closing $1M+ contracts and consistently exceeding annual quotas of $2M-$4M
- Experience in fast-paced, project-based deal closing with shifting requirements
- Ability to navigate long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Experience selling to risk-oriented stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs
