Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Excellence Specialist to enable operational excellence across the U.S. Public Sector Industries team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support pipeline health and sales performance
- Support the execution of a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB) and standardize it through MSXI views in partnership with the Business and Sales Operations team
- Lead strategic special projects to improve operational efficiency and drive partner-led growth across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, account management, or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 1+ year of experience
- 2+ years of experience with advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI, including data integration and analysis
- Experience in implementing improvements in sales programs and processes
- Verification of U.S. citizenship due to legal restrictions related to government agency support
- Ability to embody the company culture and values
