Key Responsibilities
- Sell EBSCO Books products and services to assigned accounts through various communication methods
- Achieve sales quotas and provide monthly assessments of territory sales and trends
- Recommend product and workflow solutions to enhance library efficiency and manage the sales process using CRM software
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a library or organization providing library services
- Sales experience in relatable industries
- Knowledge of library technical services and bibliographic databases is a plus
- Ability to make cold calls and manage customer accounts
- Experience working remotely or in a home office
