• Help the sales team manage the full sales cycle, build pipelines, and deliver accurate forecasts
• Provide support for escalations and participate in complex sales negotiations
• Hire, motivate, coach, and train sales employees to enhance productivity and development

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success
• Previous experience as a collaborative leader
• SaaS-specific sales experience preferred
• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent knowledge
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive results
