Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or sales leadership
- Hands-on experience with sales planning, capacity modeling, and compensation planning
- Ability to build trusted relationships and influence peers and leadership
- Analytical and quantitative skills to support decision-making with data
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other related software
