Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Agency Growth Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale agency partnerships through programs and community-building efforts
• Drive net-new acquisition by identifying and onboarding new agency partners
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align strategies and initiatives
• Coach and develop a team of Agency Partner Managers and Agency Success leaders
• Advocate for agency partners and provide market insights to enhance the partner program

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in agency partnerships, business development, or sales in Martech or related industries
• Proven track record of building and scaling agency ecosystems that drive revenue growth
• Strong understanding of marketing technology and industry trends
• Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Data-driven and strategic thinker with a focus on scalable programs
