Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Sales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead on complex and high-value opportunities, setting strategy across discovery, architecture, proof of concept, and executive validation
- Develop scalable frameworks, demo strategies, and technical win playbooks for the sales engineering team
- Coach and mentor Sales Engineers, leading internal enablement sessions and defining best practices for technical discovery and competitive positioning
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably in enterprise-scale SaaS or telematics/IoT solutions
- Deep understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, integrations, and security frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and mentor peers
- Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with C-level stakeholders
- A passion for discovery and shaping the future of fleet technology
