As a key member of our sales support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, from quote building and product research to order entry and purchasing.

Position Summary
As a Sales Support & Purchasing Specialist, you will be the “right hand” of our sales staff, providing critical support and ensuring that our sales team has the resources they need to succeed. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, from quote building and product research to order entry and purchasing. Key Responsibilities:
• Quote Building: Obtain pricing, installation quotes, and freight quotes to support sales team
• Product & Vendor Research: Conduct research to stay up-to-date on products, vendors, and market trends
• Pitch Deck Preparation: Assist in preparing pitch decks and other sales materials
• Order Entry: Enter orders into our system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Order Tracking: Update orders with tracking information to ensure seamless communication with customers
• Purchasing: Place orders with vendors, negotiate prices, and manage vendor relationships
• Prospect Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and support sales team
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills, with the ability to calculate percentages and margins
• Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, with the ability to navigate and utilize various tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications:
• Creativity: Experience with design, fabric swatch selection, or other creative aspects of sales support
• Analytical Skills: Experience with data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive Salary: $52,000 – $56,000 per year, depending on experience
