Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Trainer II to develop and deliver training programs for the Sales Function.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training courses for new hires, product training, and sales effectiveness
• Updates training programs based on customer needs and provides support on processes and products
• Creates coaching plans to enhance sales engagement based on observations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a related field
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or sales training
• Understanding of B2C and B2B merchant environments is preferred
