A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who will design and deliver scalable enablement initiatives that accelerate sales performance and productivity across their commercial sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary administrator for Salesforce CRM
- Design and lead ongoing learning programs covering sales processes and methodologies
- Produce engaging video content and create digital playbooks to support the sales cycle
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce CRM Administrator (Salesforce certification a plus)
- Background in sales enablement, learning & development, or commercial operations
- Experience delivering training in complex selling methodologies
- Skilled in developing onboarding programs and scalable eLearning content
- Video content creation experience (training, marketing, or communications)
