Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales for Tableau-State Agencies in the West.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, including recruiting, hiring, and training
- Lead client and prospect meetings while providing mentorship and support to direct reports
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management, while monitoring team performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in leading Account Executives successfully
- Experience in consultative selling within the Software/Infrastructure/Platform space
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
