A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager who will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive account success by ensuring successful adoption, growth, and renewal of corporate accounts
- Develop and implement strategic account plans tailored to customer needs
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of on-quota, B2B SaaS experience, particularly in marketing tech and/or ad tech
- Fundamental understanding of online advertising and marketing technology
- Skilled in using modern SaaS tech stack, including Salesforce and Business Intelligence Systems
- Experience negotiating business terms and managing documentation such as MSSAs and SOWs
