Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Customer Care Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become proficient in knowledge base and tools to efficiently resolve client needs
- Manage high volume tasks and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions
- Build relationships with clients and assist with onboarding and vehicle dispatching
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Auction and/or logistics/transportation knowledge is a strong plus
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment and multi-task in a fast-paced setting
- Experience as a customer-focused, service-oriented professional
- Must clear a pre-employment drug test
