Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customs Brokerage Specialist to provide high-quality customer service and ensure the timely release and movement of freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs documentation in compliance with laws and regulations
• Resolve issues related to banking, payments, and billing for customers
• Maintain relationships with brokers and service providers to meet customer service requirements

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 24 months of brokerage or transportation experience and/or customer service experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office equipment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and the harmonized tariff system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
