A company is looking for a Senior Director/VP of Business Development - Military & Veterans Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute a business development strategy aligned to growth goals
• Own the capture lifecycle from identification and qualification through proposal and close
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of contracts and enhance brand awareness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading Strategic Captures for technologies and related services with the Federal Government
• Significant experience in building and maintaining relationships with a track record of success in converting those relationships to contracts
• Proactive workstyle with the ability to develop strategies and drive opportunities to close
• Proficiency with GovWin and federal opportunity tools and databases
