Key Responsibilities
- Develop action plans to win new logos and exceed team quotas
- Manage and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve their sales targets
- Collaborate with other leaders to ensure effective account management and compliance with client expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of enterprise Cybersecurity sales experience in technology-driven environments
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience with demonstrated quota achievement
- Experience with key customers and partners in the Central Region
- Extensive experience in coaching and mentoring sales teams
