Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute seller productivity enablement strategies aligned with GTM objectives
- Design and deliver operational excellence training for sellers and new hires
- Own the enablement strategy for core sales tools and ensure maximum tool adoption and ROI
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM program management within SaaS or high-growth environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field
- Proficient in sales productivity tools such as Highspot, Salesforce, Gong, and others
- Expertise in creating engaging learning experiences across various formats
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across global teams
