Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Flood Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist agents, insureds, and mortgage companies with inquiries related to billing, claims, and policy issuance
- Process underwriting tasks including non-money endorsements, claim FNOL, and policy cancellations while adhering to FEMA guidelines
- Provide training and support to the customer service team on underwriting processes and enhance customer service standards
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma preferred
- 2+ years of customer service or phone experience preferred
- 2+ years of underwriting experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Good understanding of underwriting criteria
