Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to deliver onboarding experiences for strategic customers in the Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations from discovery to adoption, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget
• Conduct advanced discovery sessions to understand workflows and configure solutions for operational efficiency
• Deliver expert-level training tailored to different audience levels to drive end-user adoption

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation with a proven track record
• Experience managing complex, high-touch implementations with strong project management skills
• Deep understanding of multiple product lines, including Accounting and Operations
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects effectively
• Demonstrated coaching or mentorship experience
