A company is looking for a Senior GTM Enablement Manager, Leadership Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to identify leadership skill needs and coaching opportunities
- Own and facilitate existing Revenue Leadership Development programs
- Use data-driven insights to inform leadership enablement strategies and improve team performance
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Success Enablement, Leadership Development, or related senior-level roles
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing at the senior leadership level
- Strong understanding of leadership coaching best practices and sales methodologies
- Proven success in building and facilitating leadership development programs with measurable impact
- Strong project management skills with the ability to scope complex initiatives and deliver globally
